Sink or Swim: survival is optional
Global market dictates our asking price. Do we reduce our profit margin and work twice as hard to be able to meet our yearly targets? Or do we get savvy, investigate our internal processes, and fine tune them in order to be able to meet market prices? This event will not only give delegates an understanding of what lean thinking is about. It will also prove the case through case studies demonstrating practical implementation and pounds & pence benefits. The time for action is NOW...unless your option is not to survive.

Lean Practitioners Logo
Lean Practitioners is a network of Associates with expertise to facilitate positive change within the core modules of Leadership, Process Improvement and Collaborative Working. The LP Associate model is consistent with its delivery ethos of “What’s in it for the individual” i.e. Win-Win relationships. This fosters loyalty, stability and consistency of our delivery to customers. LP exists to help businesses and associations deploy and reap the benefits of lean thinking in their organisation. Most companies understand conceptually the power of lean thinking, but may need help when it comes to “Lean Doing”. The good news is that we know how to do it! Our network of experienced practitioners has achieved savings of over £15mil with the organisations worked with over the last four years.
