We learnt from Martin Davies, Milton Keynes Council at the mk:50 environmental launch, that Site Waste Management Plans are already a mandatory component of the planning process under Policy D4. It is expected to become mandatory elsewhere in April 2008. This workshop will show how to produce and make the best use of Site Waste Management Plans.
